ANOTHER KIDA YOUTH STUDYING TO BECOME A NURSE

Amanyire Christopher is very motivated to become a nurse.  Both his parents are living with HIV/AIDS and he wants to be able to help them and others live healthy lives. The family struggles for basic needs and sending their children to school. Thankfully, KIDA stepped in when Christopher was in primary school and, since then, assisted him with his educational requirements. He successfully completed secondary school and just finished his first year of nursing school. Between terms, he volunteers at KIDA Hospital for some additional clinical experience.
